Project HOME
takeaway card
This takeaway card was created for a Project HOME event to clearly communicate the impact of a long-term partnership and the tangible progress made toward ending chronic street homelessness in Philadelphia. The card needed to function as both an informational piece during the event and a lasting takeaway that reinforced credibility and momentum.
I designed the piece to feel bold and confident, using strong color blocking, clear hierarchy, and data-forward layouts to highlight key milestones, timelines, and outcomes. The structured layout allows complex information to be absorbed quickly, guiding the viewer through past achievements, current progress, and future goals without feeling overwhelming.
Because the card was intended to be viewed in a live event setting, clarity and legibility were essential. Large headings and concise callouts ensure the message reads at a glance, while supporting details reward closer reading. The design balances optimism with authority, presenting the partnership not as a concept, but as measurable, ongoing progress.
The result is a takeaway that reinforces Project HOME’s mission through evidence and confidence, giving partners and attendees a clear understanding of the impact already achieved and the path forward.
